Dare to Be Different: Seeing My Book Come to Life! 🌈📚✨

It’s really happening! The first proof of my book, held right in my hands.

There’s something surreal and completely magical about holding your dream in your hands.

After months (okay, years) of imagining, drawing, writing, and rewriting, I finally got to hold the proof copy of my very first book from the Magbean!™ series. Yep, it’s real. It exists. It’s a colourful, bean-shaped reality! 🎉

I’ll be honest: seeing my story come to life like this felt like watching my imagination step out of their boundaries. All the characters I’ve carried around in my head and sketched a thousand times are now printed, bound, and vibrant. The colours pop, the pages feel just right, and even though there’s a strip on the cover that says “Not for resale,” it still feels real.

Of course, this is just the proof version, and there are still a few tweaks to make before publishing, but we’re getting close and that’s worth celebrating.

This whole journey started because I wanted to create something different. Something kind. Something that shows people that it’s okay to be themselves: quirks, feelings, differences, and all. To show that being different isn’t just okay, it’s powerful.

So here’s to that moment: holding a book that dares to be different and invites others to do the same. 💛
