Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at a Neurodiversity Celebration Week panel on inclusion in business. While awareness is growing, real change still feels slow. As a parent and workplace advocate, I continue to see hesitation, silence, and missed opportunities for understanding. True inclusion is not a policy or a moment in time. It is built through everyday actions, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and do better.
