About the event

Join us for a powerful Double Book Launch celebrating neurodivergent creativity and lived experience.

This special event showcases the debut works of two inspiring teen authors: Nat Bannerman – Author and Illustrator of You Can’t Rush Friendships, a heartwarming children’s book exploring kindness, patience, and inclusive friendships and Logan Firth – Author of Sydney’s Convicts, a compelling historical fiction novel following a young convict girl’s journey from hardship to resilience.

Entry is free and all are welcome.

Whether attending in person or online, this inclusive, accessible event is a celebration of creativity, identity, and Disability Pride. Expect inspiring readings, author Q&As, artwork, community connection, and a welcoming, neurodivergent-affirming space.

Grab your free ticket to join us — in person or online. Register now to attend the event at Daydream Machine or to receive a livestream link directly to your inbox.

📬 Everyone who registers will get a reminder email one hour before…
