The night of 14 May 2026 changed our lives forever when our beautiful child Nat passed away without warning. This is a mother’s tribute, written through unimaginable grief and love, reflecting on who Nat was, the life we shared, and the heartbreak of losing them. It includes the eulogy delivered at their funeral and honours a child who was kind, creative, deeply loved, and forever missed.

Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at a Neurodiversity Celebration Week panel on inclusion in business. While awareness is growing, real change still feels slow. As a parent and workplace advocate, I continue to see hesitation, silence, and missed opportunities for understanding. True inclusion is not a policy or a moment in time. It is built through everyday actions, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and do better.
